State of Illinois Behind in Payments As of 1/25/10 the State of Illinois is behind in its payments to STHS a total of $288,822. This is money that is owed to the school district for reimbursement for mandated expenses that were paid last year. We received a payment of $123,410 to bring the amount owed down from just over $400,000 last week.
